The hotel staff was very friendly. The location was so convenient for all of our sight-seeing excursions. We also had a beautiful view of the Arno River from our room. Wonderful place to stay!

Very classy hotel and very clean. Wonderful staff. Room was a good size and facing the river. Windows were soundproof. Highly recommend. Only downside was the WiFi, it had a very weak signal.

Property was clean and staff were very friendly. Location was perfect for us, within walking distance from all our activities. It was a heat wave scorching the city during our stay; we particularly liked that the air conditioning was working well and housekeeping was not modifying our settings during the day so we always had a nice cool room to use and escape the heat. Breakfast was also amazing, we enjoyed our morning coffees and delicious food. Our room was small but we felt comfortable enough during our stay. We would definitely use it again in the future.

The hotel room was clean and orderly. Breakfast was nice, everything offered was fresh yet basic. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Ponte Vecchio. Everything was great, though they don't have many dinner choices. We would use the hotel again.

The hotel staff were very helpful & attentive. Our room was rather small but the beds & pillows were very comfortable, which made up for this as we were able to get good rest. The bathroom needed some attention; the shower doors didn’t align and could not close all the way which mean’t water was not fully contained. We stayed for 4 nights. It was extremely hot & humid (as expected at this time of year) but the climate control in the hotel & especially in our room, was perfectly controlled. We would definitely revisit this hotel again.

Laura Vin and Sabo are all such nice people they made our stay most pleasant just with the happy smiles Really appreciate everyone at breakfast as well always welcoming and nice. Thank you also to the room cleaning folks the room was fresh and clean everyday.
