Good value in great location
Great value in a wonderful location, especially since we’d just paid double for a similar property in Rome. The apartment we were in was “shabby chic” with IKEA furnishings and mismatched kitchen items but it was still quite charming with lovely high ceilings. The shower fixture rusted off the wall while we were there, the hot water ran out if all four of us wanted to shower straight after each other, and the toilet pipes often clogged, but we still enjoyed our stay! Management were very responsive and helpful. Overall we felt like it was worth what we paid.

The property was very rundown and old and smelled like a mold. My husband has a severe allergy to mold, and we actually had to leave a day early because he couldn’t breathe. I did not recommend this property at all.

This apartment was in a great location. All the sights, shopping and restaurants were right outside the door. They were willing to adjust the pre-arrainged meeting time due to a last minute change of plans because of a train strike. I would definitely use them again.

We rented an apartment and from the pictures had the impression that there is a view to the Duomo. Instead it was a view to a back street Regardless, the apartment was very good, spacious and located very close, walking distance, to all tourist attractions. We enjoyed the facility. Communication from the property management was great.

Almost went to rental agency office. -host should use WhatsApp to communicate since calling on mobile is expensive -shower pressure is low -downstairs bedroom needs a mini fan -should mark bottom stair step with caution tape because it's extra tall

I dont understand how expedia allows them to advertise as a si gle property when they manage multiple sites in multiple lications. The ad is at least misleading. I would not recommend staying there, aby three srar hotel you’ll be better off.

The rental itself was clean but the neighbor continued to harass us as tourists. Screaming at us night and day, calling us names, waiting for us to arrive home to threaten to call the police on us for no reason, and being discriminating. It made me feel unsafe and worried to return.

Very nice property. It is in the heart of the old city so you can walk to all the sites and restaurants. We were there during the 95 degree heat and the AC worked really well. The water pressure is not great although we found that a lot in Italy. It is on the 4th floor and although it does have a very small elevator which stops directly onto the balcony of the apartment, there were times we couldn't make it work. Likely a better place to stay for people who don't mind taking stairs if needed. The property owners/company were very nice and responsive if you call/text them.

Charming historical place to stay
Location location location. We stayed at the charming Guelfa suite. Super quaint and given its historical.location and condition, one can't help but genuinely appreciate its more rustic charm and magic. Close to everything including train station. Super convenient small kitchen with washer. Only challenge was the toilet which I'm sure has since been resolved.
