While I was out on a main floor room because of difficulty walking they did not have a shower chair available. I took a bath instead but the tub just drained despite having a closing mechanism. The covers were stained the room was noisy with people walking up and downstairs and the highway was right it front

The smell was overwhelming, may have been some kind of cleaner. Had to keep the door open as long as we could. Sink drain had no stopper, if something dropped it would go down the drain. Large stain on one bedspread. Curtains were hardly hanging on the window. Would not stay here again.

Even though the property is older, the room was clean. The bed was super comfy. It was quiet. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice.

The manager was nice. It would have been better if there was a laundry bag for the dirty laundry, if the coffee maker was a little newer and updated, and the molding around the tub needed to be fixed other than that the property was good

All in all a decent place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The pool didn’t open till noon and closed at 10pm. Which was annoying. My only suggestion would be to open the pool earlier.

Great for an economy motel. Room is large with comfy bed and good shower. Rooms are updated and clean, We had everything we needed for an overnighter. This was our second stay and we will continue to go there.

Pros- budget friendly, good location in downtown Florence, easy parking, small indoor pool and hot tub. Cons- very dated, bathroom was pretty rough...the shower sprayed (overspray) EVERYWHERE and saturated the walls, floor, toilet, etc, we also ran out of hot water after 3 relatively quick showers. There were missing faucet sink caps and bulky paint/caulking around everything so the it made the bathroom look and feel a bit unclean. The bath fan also had major issues and sounded like a jet plane taking off...There were signs stating that the towels were not to be used on ANYTHING other than your body or a $50 per towel fee would be accrued, but the room had vinyl floors with no floor mats of any kind so our floor was constantly wet from the rain outside coming in on our shoes and also wet from the shower issue but I didn't want to use towels out of fear of being charged an arm and a leg! We were told not to take room towels to pool that there would be towels in pool house, however they were all used so we had to go through parking lot in our wet swim clothes to get back to the room (more wet floors lol). Overall it was doable and significantly cheaper than other local hotels, however as a solo mom traveling with kids it was a bit stressful so unfortunately I do not think we would stay there again :(

The staff told us we would be able to check in early and that was not true. The pool is only open until 10 and doesn't open until 12 is what we were told after we checked in. Grown adults should be able to go to the pool/hot tub at any time.
