Room was disgusting. Hair on the toilet and under the blanket which I didn’t notice until I was ready to check out, otherwise I would have left immediately. The security latch was barely hanging on to the door and the outside of the door frame was dented in like someone used a crowbar to break in at some point. Room was extremely dated and poorly maintained.

Dirty and Run Down
Lady at desk was nice, but the room was dirty. Frame around door by knob and lock was filthy. Black marks/stains on comforter and pillow. Toilet paper holder broken but still on wall. Popcorn ceiling coming down in a hole in the bathroom. Two bare pieces of wood screwed into the wall behind the toilet. Lots of foot traffic outside all night that kept my wife up. I’ll pay more next time and get a different place for a bit more money

Big gaps in front door, very noisy, people coming in and out. Loud music from cars in parking lot. Ac was ridiculously loud. Train tracks running right next door with loud freight trains. Tv had terrible picture, choppy pixelated, unwatchable. I’d like a refund but the woman at desk said know.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean and looked fresh not tired! Appreciated the bedding in particular— it was crisp, all fresh and very comfortable! Towels were also soft and supple. Will definitely return!
