Lovely home in a very beautiful, quiet, and safe neighborhood . Close to all restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, churches, schools, universities, golf, tennis, and shopping centers. Beautiful ponds, forests, walking, and bicycle trails in the neighborhood. Located between the Beaches, close to Myrtle Beach, historical Charleston, Savannah, Atlanta, Biltmore House, and State center Columbia. House has a large front porch with Charleston Bench, which you can enjoy during beautiful mornings and evenings. When you enter the home, the natural hardwood flooring invites you inside. Open floor plan, lots of hardwood downstairs including the breakfast area, dining and living room, and guest master bedroom on the first floor which very pleasant for kids and older couples that enjoy downstairs. Tile flooring in the kitchen and all bathrooms. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a gas range, and granite countertops. The home features a large walk-in pantry. The bright and gently curving staircase invites you upstairs. On the right, there are 2 large and bright bedrooms with a bathroom in-between. The master suite features a huge walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi that you can enjoy. The master bedroom has a door leading to a very large, private balcony. Imagine having a coffee and breakfast in the mornings from the balcony, or a dinner date with watching the sunset from the balcony in the evenings from the bedroom! We needed a place to stay, close to a wedding venue and this house was Perfect for our large family. Very clean, roomy, and well stocked. Zilola was so nice and quick to respond.
