One of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe. Where do I begin? Starting from the beautiful lobby to the beautiful bars and restaurant in the hotel, the spacious rooms, everything was amazing. The room was clean and lots of room. The theme/decor can be a little overwhelming but the comfort makes up for it. They provide toiletries which I actually enjoyed using. The dry cleaning service was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great central location close to SM novella train station. Area was very safe and clean. Cannot recommend enough. I had such a comfortable and pleasant stay.

What a wonderful hotel. Loved the location. Just off the beaten path but so incredibly close to everything. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. Very kitchy and fun but not at all gimmicky or cheap. The restaurant is a hidden gem-- we had one of the best meals of our trip there. So many amenities that I truly regret not taking advantage of. Could've spent a day just enjoy the hotel, but alas we were in Florence! I will be staying here again, mark my words.

This property is unique in its decor. I had a red room and did not like it as it was too dark for my taste. My friend was in the lighter room and loved it. I liked the restaurant and the staff was great. They also have a dry sauna in the gym.

This place was very well designed which mattered to me & the friends I was traveling with. If you like conceptual hotels, I recommend this for a fun take on a literary theme tying to location. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally thought out. There’s a lot to do on site in the hotel which was great for the hotter portions of the day when we didn’t want to be in the sun. I’d come back here for sure.
