No up to par for a Best Western
I arrived at the hotel and upon check in got to my room. Very strong cigar small and some kind of deodorizer, dirty couch. Got a new room and it was better but it had glade stick ups on the ceiling which smelled like bathroom cleaner. The couch was again dirty and the bench was stained in the room. No work desk/chair for a King Suite is very strange. No cable TV list. The girl working the front desk was the one bright spot, very nice and welcoming with a great smile.

Rude night staff
People where slamming the doors all night when asked to stop they got extremely rude and hostile and when we called the front desk the lady working was extremely rude and unprofessional, so we got very little sleep and as we will be doing a lot of trips through flint we will be using a different hotel.

I loved the stay, was there 3 nights. Its quiet,clean and convenient. The jacuzzi looked liked it needs to be re- caulked or sealed or something but I used it everyday with no issues. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was good except washroom. Bathtub was transferred to be a shower to support disabled guests. Floor level is shower corner is slightly elevated and water is covering all washroom floor. We would ask to change the rim in case our stay was longer than 1 night

The first room they put us in smelt like cigarette smoke, the next room they put us in was dirty, bugs in towels, mold on shower tiles, dirty bathroom vent , pool closes on a Sunday if I know prior I wouldn’t have stayed there
