Spacious 2 bedroom with Fenced Yard in Great Family Friendly Neighborhood.

This well-lit walkout basement apartment has windows galore and is just a few minutes from NAU, Fort Tuthill, Downtown and all that Flagstaff has to offer. This guest house has a separate entrance, a private fenced in yard with doggy door access, comfy living room, kitchenette with dishwasher and air fryer. Access to the apartment is via a slightly sloping pathway that winds through our backyard until you reach the guest house entrance. No stairs are required to access the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is perfect for your visit to Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. We are conveniently located 6 minutes from the Flagstaff Airport, 10 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and easy access to I-40 & I-17. The Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) trail is connected to our neighborhood, giving you access to wonderful biking, hiking, and running trails.

This well-appointed guesthouse is ready for you! In addition to the double bed and two twins, we supply an air mattress and offer a nugget available on request (great for small kids)!

Our neighborhood is quiet, this heavily treed, family friendly and the perfect place to take your dog for a walk or to let your kids get their wiggles out. We are located at the end of the cul-de-sac—a great place for kids to play. There is a neighborhood park/playground walking distance. And we are the perfect place to escape the Valley heat as the apartment stays cool even when Flagstaff temperatures soar above 80!

There are two smart TVs one in the living room space and one in the room with two twin beds. Each has a roku. Feel free to use your own accounts for access to streaming services. Netflix access will be provided on request.

We do allow friendly dogs in our guesthouse for a small fee. Size doesn’t matter, although the doggy door can only accommodate 50-60 pound dogs or smaller. We cannot accommodate cats. If you are bringing your furry friend, please let me know in advance, so I can prepare the place for you with dog friendly accessories. Our two friendly rescue dogs live on site, although they are never allowed in your area during your stay.

This is a no smoking home (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana etc.). That includes outside the guesthouse. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

We have three kids of our own and are happy to share toys, games, and outside equipment with your young ones just let us know any particular interests and we will let you know if we have it available so you don’t have to travel with extra. Some board games and legos are already located in the guest house. We want you to be happy with your visit to Flagstaff and want to help you make the most of your visit.
