"Sea La Vie" Newly Renovated Beach House Mansion- Absolutely breathtaking Oceanfront 4 Bed 4 bath will take your breath away. This home has amazing ocean views from all living areas and all bedrooms. Open floor plan with all the main living areas on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floor. Custom modern cabinets, open kitchen with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Perfect for entertaining your friends and family around the large island with bar top sittings. The dining room, living room, and family room all have sliders out to a huge deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Play some ping pong or shoot some pool, or relax and listen to the waves break outside and watch dolphins jump for joy through the waves. Private walk over to a beautiful secluded Flagler Beach. 


1st floor contains 2 Bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, perfect for kids to share. Garage has game area with pool and ping pong table and TV for entertainment. Full bathroom with walk in shower.


2nd floor contains the fully stocked kitchen, living room, family room, and dining area that seats 10 area in an open floor plan and access to the over spaced large outside deck with private access to beautiful Flagler Beach. (There is also an outside shower) The laundry room with W&D and wash sink. Full bathroom with walk in shower.


3rd floor contains 3 rooms (including the master) Guest bedrooms are all equipped with queen size beds and smart TVS. The master bedroom is a king size with ensuite master bathroom including a bathtub jacuzzi with jets and double sink vanity. All bedrooms have breathtaking ocean views to wake up to every morning for peace and tranquility. 


Pets are welcome, $100 per pet plus tax will be applied. Please let us know if you will be bringing your furry friends!

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
