Fully equipped designer kitchen, private bathroom with tub/shower, TVs in the living room and bedroom, and free high-speed internet. Professionally cleaned. This unit is also available as a two bedroom unit.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Another great stay at this gem. My only complaint was hearing non stop barking from a neighboring property, otherwise my stay was perfect and will continue to use this gem as a home away from home.

Nice getaway!
Paul was highly communicative throughout the process. This is a great little spot - with everything (and I mean, EVERYTHING) nearby. We loved the loft bedroom and deck but could see how this could be an issue for some people. We enjoyed being on the UF campus and having downtown right down the street!
