My wife and I were only there for a night. The owners were very nice and were there to check us on their arrival. The great thing about it is that they live in the Villa right behind the hotel, so they're on the spot with customer service requests.
The check-in was convenient. We were met at the gate and one of their staff carried our bags in.
We were there during the winter and again only for a couple of hours, so we didn't get to use the pool or the bar.
Please understand that it is a private own family boutique hotel. This is not a Marriott or Hilton or whatever, you may be used to. Think European - The beds are low and the mattresses are firm. The bathrooms are small, but the water pressure and temperature are great.
As for TV - forget it! If you're not Turkish, you won't find anything other than CNN news and maybe Bloomberg. You can also catch the never-ending repeat episodes of the Amazing Dr. Pol and Wild Discovery in Turkish dialect.
Food and a beautiful marina are just a four-minute ride miles away. You'll enjoy the different boutiques, markets, restaurants, and businesses on your stroll through the Macro-Center.
Cons:
It's sort of in a neighborhood so you may be shocked. However, it looks like an up-and-coming place for local business development.
I would give this a 3.5 overall.
