Fueron amables con nosotros pero necesitamos la factura después de haber pagado. La necesitábamos para hacer una reclamación a la compañía aérea ya qe habíamos perdido el vuelo de conexión y también perdimos un día de hotel, que cuando llegamos nos dijeron qe habían alquilado nuestra habitación y por eso ya no estaba disponible. Aún así nos facilitaron con rapidez otra habitación diferente y nos dijeron qe no nos cobrarían ese día. Al final nos cobraron todos los días hasta el que no disfrutamos. Nos hubiéramos conformado con la factura qe nos aseguraron qe la enviarían por email. Nos han decepcionado.

Guesthouse bien située près des tanneries et de Bab Guissa, d'où l'on a une vue en hauteur de Fès. Excellent accueil, avec thé marocain offert. Bons restaurants aux alentours.

Riad près du Palais Jamai. Il faut prendre des taxis pr aller à la médina, mais il sont très abordables: entre 1et 2 euros

Petit paradis tranquille non loin de la médina
nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce Riad, accueil très chaleureux de Mohamed et Youssef, qui se sont occupés aussi à notre demande de notre transfert aller et retour vers l'aéroport. la chambre était très bien équipée et le ménage fait tous les jours (merci à la timide dame de ménage). les petits déjeuner et repas sont succulents et très copieux. merci à Fatima (la perle de la cuisine). les locaux sont très gentils et la ville de Fès vaut le détour. Il y a énormément de choses à visiter aussi bien à l'intérieur de la Médina qu'à l'extérieur. Je recommande fortement cet endroit où nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour...
