"From beginning to end the visit was superb. Prior to visit booked dinner and spa session, receptionist super helpful and friendly.
Check in smooth shown to our room. Lovely touch heart shape Welsh cakes waiting us for valentines. Room comfy and warm. Clean and plenty of fresh towels.
Session in spa very relaxing not over crowded.
Dinner menu varied also valentine special. Food and service exceptional.
Breakfast choice very good food hot and plentiful.
3rd stay at hotel highly recommend we will be back. "
