Guest will access the apartment via electronic smart-lock. A code will be sent to to the guest the day of check-in right before checkin time.

The code will be used to enter into the keypad located on the front of the door.

Instructions:

2. Key in provided code
3. Door should unlock
4. Touch and hold the "Lock" key to lock the door.

We are available to address guest needs and concerns by airbnb messaging or phone. We are very prompt to respond during day time hours and evenings until 11pm. After hours response time will vary.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to finalize your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.


Please be aware that you are booking a stay at an independent property. There are no onsite check-in assistance or concierge services.

All amenities and supplies are provided in the apartment. We provide some complimentary items for your convenience but, any additional needed items will have to be purchased by the guest.

Property will not be cleaned during stays shorter than 30 days. Mid-term stays may request a cleaning during stay for an additional fee.
Absolutely NO Parties or large gatherings.

No smoking in the APT or on the premises. Please take it to the parking lot.
