Except for Minnie the staff was not friendly at all. Rude and doing stuff in the back alley with some other people? Breakfast was low quality and poorly ran. Nobody except Minnie cares about anything.

Not what I expected. There were people hanging around the parking lot. Presence of police cars answering calls at the property. No smoking yet the second floor stank of cigarette smoke. Worn out furniture in common areas.
