Belles chambres mais assez petites. Il n’y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, et ce n’est pas possible d’avoir de la glace non plus dans l’hôtel . Le déjeuner était très bien le matin . Emplacement idéalement situé tout près de la basilique .

Hotel bom, mas bem simples. Quarto super apertado, mais de duas pessoas ficaria impossível, como passamos só uma noite não teve problema. Recepção é linda e o staff atencioso. TERRIBLE BREAKFAST. TErrible!

The property is well maintained and convenient for the Sanctuary. The hotel looks like a boutique and the staff is outstanding. Doña Ana and Tania are the best receptionist we ever seen before. I travel since 35 years for business around the world, but Doña Ana and Tania are the best and human people I ever met. The breakfast is exactly what you need warm breakfast and healthy breakfast as well. I definitely suggest the hotel to everyone

Very quiet and homely atmosphere. Staff were very cordial and supportive. Very affordable. Shower stall is a bit tight in space but for the price we paid we have no complaints.

One employee doubted why I used the restroom on the lobby a lot whenever I am in that area that she sent an employee to somewhat verify what I was doing. I found it out as I openned the restroom door, somebody was leaning on the door, listening. I explained to the younger female employee that I have a medical condition and just have been thru surgery. The other employee could have asked me directly, not send somebody.
