The woman at the front desk was super kind and accommodating, and the location is literally within walking distance of the airport (plus the pingo doce grocery store is a 2min walk from the hotel).

Door to outside and hallway are not sound proof at all. Very very noisy. There is a silly window in the bathroom into the rest of the room, so if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and wants to turn on the light the rest of the bed room is illuminated. Otherwise excellent location for a one night stay before heading to the airport. Close enough to walk. Great staff, comfy bed, and clean.

First of all, this hotel isn’t really 5min walk as some mentioned in their reviews. It is quite a walk especially with a push chair at 10pm. If you know where you going that’s great but if not then take a taxi. Saves you so much hassle finding the crossings in the middle of busy roads. The hotel is visible and there was someone to greet us at 11pm which was great. The room itself was average. Could really sort out the blinds as it was difficult to open the balcony door and could really do with proper blackout curtains! My 3year old woke up at 6am as it was so light in the room! Not great if you go to bed at 12am and wake up at 6am. Was worst night sleep for me for sure, not a great start to my holidays. Also, no tv channels worked in the room, I hoped my little one will watch some cartoons so I get a little more sleep before we head off but this was not an option. Overall, I have stayed in much better hotels near the airport for so much less (for example Hampton by Hilton, Riga airport £50 just to compare), and I would go back anytime. Don’t think we will stay here again unfortunately.

10 minutes walk from the airport arrivals ( longer if you don't know the location before). Very expensive for the Portugal standard. Swimming pool not heated and it's too cold to swim on 30.05.2024
