Highly recommended this property. Clean, Modern and friendly. What I was impressed with the most is, when they found out it was our birthdays, we had a personalized note and goodies in our room waiting for us. This little extra touch is above and beyond and I feel like if it’s between properties for future travel, I’ll be booking a Marriott first! The excellent customer service I received, made a Marriott customer for life.

Not what I was expecting
Not what I expected for a Marriott business hotel. No complimentary breakfast, water, fresh coffee in the lobby, room service for 5 nights. Called twice for towel service and was answered/disconnected. Staff was friendly, the service was sub-par.

The property was convenient but it needs a face lift. Rooms smell of sweat and the carpets could use a refurb. Our room had mold on the ceiling

Pleasant front desk
Daughter left luggage in lobby when she arrived for check in. Service agent at front desk remembered us when we returned from dinner and returned it to us.

Upon check in, I dealt with Jose (FDS) very friendly, outgoing & professional. Made sure that all my needs were addressed & was able to address my two seperate reservations. He always smiles & make sure that you are treated right. I also dealt with two other front desk agents while we’re as friendly & professional like Jose. This is will be my to go to property whenever I’m spending the night in Long Island. Thank you Jose & team!!

Very nice rooms, good bar and food avail- surrounding area has whatever you need. Has the best gym of any hotel ive been to except possibly the Houston Hobby marriott. I always have a good experience at the Republic Courtyard.
