When I pulled up to the property, the parking lot was all cracked with weeds growing up everywhere. The outside lot could sure use some work. I almost didn’t stay there. The room was clean and comfortable , but the breakfast area was not clean, with old oranges and bananas. The area hadn’t been cleaned when I came down at 9 to eat. The motel is understaffed, and the guys at the desk don’t have time to clean up. The staff was very pleasant, and everything in the room worked well.

Convenient location
Super fast check-in and check-out. Room was adequate for price and clean. The hot items at breakfast were all out when we arrived, but we told staff and they were replenished very quickly.

Lobby area, pool area, parking lot, were all dirty and in disrepair. The carpet throughout was filthy. Dirty laundry stacked behind the check in desk. The rooms were clean, but the ceiling in one room that had been patched was concerning.

It was $153 for the room and the Jacuzzi was broken and had brown nasty water, the pool wasn’t swimmable and they didn’t have any food for the continental breakfast because they claim their truck didn’t come in. Person at the front desk was sleeping And the TV in the lounge didn’t work because someone took the remote. I would never recommend this for anyone and I wish I could get a refund for this room.

This property was the same rate as a few hotels across town, but I chose it because of the convenience to the Fargo Dome. Never again will I stay here for that price. If I’m gonna spend $300 a night, the door better lock, the bathroom door handle better be on and the air conditioning better work as well as the cleanliness around the hallways. The manager on duty made a joke that normally that hotel is about 80 bucks a night but because of the busyness at the Fargo Dome, they raise the rates. I don’t think they should be raising the rates when the hotel is the way it is that hotel hotel? It’s not a $300 night hotel.

This is a VERY tired and old Days Inn. It is two stories but there is no elevator. We really booked it for the shuttle from the airport, but when we needed to get to the hotel, no one answered the phone (we had already checked in and dropped off bags and told them we would be needing the shuttle after we dropped off our rental). We called and the phone just rang and rang. I had two small, tired kids with me, so we just ended up taking a cab the 1.5 miles! At one point, another guest was told there weren't any more electronic key cards and the poor front desk clerk had no way to get in touch with management. They also didn't give a good feeling about having the shuttle confirmed for our very early morning flight -- it ended up being fine, but I was incredibly stressed and hardly slept being worried about it. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but it seems like there is only one employee there at any given time, and they are not supported by ownership. The shuttle drivers are the check-in people and it just...doesn't seem like a great system.

The room was clean. The headboard fell off of the wall during the night. The smoke alarm went off repeatedly in the middle of the night. My shuttle to the airport was nowhere to be found as well as the employee in charge. Had to take an Uber and pay for my ride to the airport.

I was disappointed in the state of the facility. I have stayed there but not for several years. The property seemed to have been allowed to deteriorate and the cleanliness was not up to standards. The toilet bowl had fecal residue in it and the shower stall had spots on the floor. The wall behind the baseboard had plainly been flooded and poorly repaired.
