2 Bedroom Apartment near NDSU (APT 1)

Summary:
Cute two-bedroom just blocks from NDSU. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and living room with plenty of room to sit and a smart TV.

The Space:
This space has all of the necessities! Everything you need for a short or extended stay. Walking distance to NDSU and just a short Lyft to downtown Fargo (definitely walkable in the summer months).

The Neighborhood:
NDSU is two blocks to the west. Close bars, convenience stores, and bus routes. The neighborhood is mostly college students to the north, south, and west. East is a mix of college, single-family, and multi-family homes. Walking around at night I would feel comfortable, but it may not be comfortable for everyone. There will always be college students walking around.

Getting Around:
Walkable to the college, several bars, a gas station, and LYFT/Uber downtown for just $5. There is parking on-premise for a few cars. Parking is first-come, first-served. There is street parking available on the avenues, but the streets are no parking except Sundays. All parking is clearly labeled.

Interaction with Guests:
Your host, Noah, is available via call, text, and message before and during your stay.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.

Don't trust everything this "no refund" owner promises
I will never ever use this property again. Noah agreed to give me 2 nights free because i accidentally made 2 reservations instead of 1 last year. So I booked 6 nights this year at his property again in Fargo, based on this agreement. Then my son decided to meet me in Minneapolis instead. I asked weeks ahead of the dates to move the reservation to the spring. The owner said he'd see if it was available. I didn't get a response. I asked again and he said he sent me an email on another site (Hippie) that I should get someone else to use it. I didn't know about that. And his auto messages kept coming-- welcome and how was your stay--when he knew I couldn't use the reservation. So, I not only didn't get the 2 free nights promised, but he also took my money for the 6 nights that I couldn't use. On top of that, he kept sending messages as though I stayed. He got money for nothing twice but never again. Additionally, when we stayed there in the past, we were not particularly impressed with the property. It is underwhelming.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and each time a different apartment and have enjoyed my stay every time. I like the neighborhood and the convenience of having a little gas station right around the corner. I like the building, it’s unique. It’s not expensive and it’s comfortable. Noah is a great host and responds very quick.

Ash tray for rent
Says smoke free it was filled with cigarette smoke. The place is run down, dirty, blinds broken, dusty, toilet constantly running, holes in the wall dirty and stained blankets. Appliances look like they were free from the street, old and broken. Obvious water damage in the ceiling (mold?) Most disgusting! I have pictures. If I had any place to go I would have moved. Sold out for swim meet in town. Almost thought of sleeping in my rental car it was that bad.
