Just a quick one night stay, but the staff were wonderful to deal with and also let us check in a little earlier. The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and quite big. There were a few plates, pots and pans and cutlery if you decided to cook something small in the kitchen. Also a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. We were right on the golf course, so we enjoyed watching people play when we were sitting on the balcony. We didn’t use the pool or hot tubs, so I’m not sure how that was, but there were kids having a blast and everything was working. Parking was a little brutal if you came back later at night but overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again when we are in the area.

Great suite, the pool and the waterslide is amazing and worth the trip. The golfing in the area is superb. The staff are helpful , friendly and amazing. Make you feel like family. The only bad thing is the tennis court is in terrible condition. Almost unplayable. The Beach volleyball is overgrown. The view was amazing. We would definitely stay there every time we are in the area. As long as we could be on the 3rd floor with a view of the pool

Nice location and bed was nice. The room was INFESTED with spiders and the dishes were not clean. The shower had clearly not been cleaned and had scum on it. The carpet had crumbs, was stained, and scummy. Would never recommend due to a lack of cleanliness. Would have loved it if it was clean and not full of spiders.

Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to expectations. We had to move rooms after our first night as our air conditioning didn’t work and it was 32 degrees outside which made for an extremely uncomfortable stay with young babies. The “sofa bed” was a disaster….the mattress didn’t fit the frame and it was literally falling apart….springs and thread falling off…my husband would of had a better night sleeping on the floor. We also got zapped from the light switch on the wall that controlled the fireplace…thankfully our kids couldn’t reach the switch or they could of been very hurt!! We asked first thing the next morning to move rooms or we wanted to leave the property with a refund for the remainder of our trip so we could stay else where. The response we got back was “we don’t do refunds here!” Our second room was a little better but still not great. It was dirty, broken blinds, room phone didn’t work, hole in the doors, broken kitchen chairs, bugs and spider in the bathroom, stained towels, and there was a random mattress left right outside our door. We have pictures to prove all of our review. Overall the property needs some serious maintaining and updating and cleaning standards need to be changed drastically because they are not suitable for a “resort” at the prices they charge. A positive part was we found most staff that we dealt with to be friendly and nice and the pool area was pretty good…even though they would not turn on the spray park area for our kids.
