We pd for an extra night as we had a late night flight. We had DO NOT DISTURB on door. 8:00am housekeeping knocking on door, what time r you checking out. I said we pd for an extra night, late flight. He says oh and leaves. No apologies for waking us up. We wanted to sleep in as we had a late night flight. Princess said have luggage out at 11am for transfer to airport, had it out at 10:30am. 12pm still there, front desk says they overlooked you, you will have to take it yourself. We r 2 seniors with medical issues. Didnāt matter. 3pm we go for walk, come back and we r locked out of room. Front desk, no explanation gives us new key cards. I mention the luggage fiasco, she says itās on shore excursions and not the front desk. A guy shows up and says he will talk to supervisor about the luggage and will come back. He never came back. We push our luggage down 2 long halls, elevator and finally get to the lodge. Same guy sees us and says I can load it on the shuttle for you. By this time we already brought it all the way there except for the 10ft out the lodge door. We said forget it. Horrible, horrible customer service. Played the blame game on the luggage. We all the shuttles running to the airport all day long, they should have made it right instead of having 2 seniors pushing it so far with medical issues to boot. We regret paying the extra night as they were banging on the door at 8am waking us up anyway.
