A disgrace to brand!
As soon as you walk into the hotel there was a smell that was not appealing. Thought it was just the lobby but the smell continued to the second floor and in the fitness center. The towels had stains on them. The bed linens looked as if they were used from the previous guest and replaced on the bed. The mini couch did not look clean and even at 2am, there were people just chatting away, making it difficult to sleep

Terrible…spend a little more and go elsewhere.
Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by a very strong smell of cleaning solution. The clerk was friendly and gave us our key. As we entered the room, we noticed the light was out over the bathroom sink. Further inspection showed that the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and that we couldn’t close the curtain because the bar was angled down. Very strong chemical smell in the room. Requested a new room from the desk and was given one. The second room also smelled overwhelmingly strong, the safety latch for extra security was missing from the door. Dead bugs in the windowsill and in general the room was rundown. The chemical smell and lack of a secondary lock on the door helped us make the decision to leave and go to another hotel. Wasn’t happy about losing the money from that reservation, but I l refuse to stay someplace like that. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but there are just certain basic needs that should come with a hotel room. Safety and clean air are two of those needs.

A drunk driver, who stayed at the property, crashed their car into our hotel room at 3am. Inches from where I was sleeping. The owner of the property did nothing to compensate me for this tragedy. It is an extended stay hotel, which was not advertised or I would not of booked. Low life’s everywhere inside and outside property.

There was an overwhelming scent of Fabuloso when we entered the property . Overwhelming. We believe it was used in the general cleaning of things. The bed linens were also heavily scented to the extent that when we returned home we could still smell it in our pajamas. This hotel showed upgrades but things were not finished in many areas: unpainted plaster in our bedroom, newly or somewhat newly installed linoleum in our room, carpet in the hallways and stariwells that was in need of vacuuming.......

Stay elsewhere. Not worth the few dollars saved to stay at this property. While the interiors looked renovated and the room was clean, the rear of the hotel had glass beer bottles strewn around, trash at the curbs, sticky sidewalks, and an unkept gazebo area. Filthy.

Worst hotel breakfast ever. A waffle maker, some bread & bagels, dry cereal and that's it. Did not even have plates, guy who works in the front desk said you can just use bowls. Also no toilet paper in the room at check-in. Same guy hands overall roll, no apology.

I was in room #316-third floor. There is only one elevator and it didn't work. I am 76 years old with two pieces of luggage. Toilet and toilet seat were not clean when I arrived. Two holes in the wall in the unit - one by the entry door and one in bathroom-where the door handle meets the wall when opened-because no doorstops on the door or the wall to prevent this. Carpets very worn. Would not recommend staying there.

Get What You Pay For
It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Requested first floor but wound up on the 3rd. Not a big deal until the elevator quit first day and was out our whole stay. We are old and its a challenge every time up.

The room my husband and I stayed in felt unsafe on the first floor. It was very loud, people were screaming. It was white stains on the fabric on the couch and on the bed skirt around the bed. Whatever solution was used on the floor it was slippery. It was dead bugs in the corner of the floor near the closet. There was no iron in room. Half of the cable channels weren’t coming through. It was a mess never again.

Very dirty!!! The entire lower shower curtain was mold! Not just some spots, I mean the entire way across the bottom. The tub was filthy. No TV remote (we asked twice for one) our bed felt as though it was two box springs on top of each other. Absolutely no padding on it. Lock on sore was broken. It appears as though from the outside it’s quite nice. Elevator broken, just a very dirty hotel.
