As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a grand and open living room, featuring expansive windows that offer stunning views of the natural beauty that surrounds us. Each space is perfect for socializing and relaxing, with comfortable seating and large flat-screen TVs perfect for movie nights.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal while admiring the stunning views.

Each of our bedrooms is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathrooms are modern and stylish, featuring heated tile floors, a luxurious soaking tub, walk-in showers and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including plush bathrobes.

But the real highlight of our is the spacious outdoor area, featuring a beautiful zen garden, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings and quiet moments of reflection. The patio also features a barbecue grill and fire pit, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Our home is designed for your comfort and convenience, with keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out, and smart devices such as Echo Dots with Alexa, so you can easily set alarms, play music, and get information about local attractions with just your voice.

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our home is just a short drive from some of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions the city has to offer.

The guests will enjoy exclusive access to both upper and lower suites, which have separate private entrances equipped with smart locks. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a special link for keyless entry. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars, but please note that it has a slight incline due to the property's hillside location. We kindly ask guests to exercise caution while using the driveway.

Welcome to Zen Haus! We are located in a quiet mature neighborhood with eclectic homes mostly built in the 50s and 60s. Centrally located yet private and peaceful. Walking distance to local water park, golf course, shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and parks. University of Oregon and Hayward Field about a mile away.

We understand how important it is to have access to laundry facilities during your stay, and we're happy to provide this amenity to ensure that you feel comfortable and at home. Plus, we also include an iron, ironing board, and steamer, so you can easily freshen up your clothes and look your best.

Whether you're staying for a few days or a few weeks, we want you to feel completely at ease during your time with us. That's why we've gone above and beyond to provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

And of course, we take your safety and security seriously, which is why we require all guests to provide their full names when making a reservation.

BEFORE CHECK-OUT AT 11:00am:

• Leave house the way you found it (no need to make/strip beds)

• Used towels in bathtub/shower

• Dishes in dishwasher or sink

• Kindly take trash/recycling out to bins

• Reservations exceeding 12 guests will be charged $50 per person, per night

• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog.

• We kindly request that dogs not be left unattended during your stay, unless they are crate-trained. For your convenience, we also offer a spacious crate to ensure your pet's comfort and safety.

• Cancellations allowed 30 days before arrival but a 5% processing fee will be charged
