The 376 Guest Room Hotel showcases 16 separate bedrooms across its three stories. The first floor has four guest rooms, the second hosts seven and the third has five.
Each guest room is designed with your comfort in mind. Our cozy rooms feature comfortable beds, flat screen TVs, desks, and chairs, making them the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Eugene. We've taken great care to create a warm and inviting atmosphere with simple and tasteful décor that will make you feel right at home. GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Eugene to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Guest Access:
Guests have private rooms, and like a European hotel, they share other spaces on the property. Off the front entrance, you'll find the coin-operated laundry area with two sets of machines. At the back of the first floor is the dining room, kitchen and game room with 75" TV, video game system and computer/printer. There is also a back outdoor patio with seating, fire pit and small charcoal grill.
The second floor features a second full kitchen and eating area at the back of the property. The third floor has its own kitchenette. All kitchens are stocked with coffee and tea options!
Bathrooms are available to guests on all levels. The first floor has two accessible bathrooms offering in-shower fold-down benches for those that would like them. The second floor has two bathrooms, one with a double sink and two showers. The third floor has one full bathroom.
The Neighborhood:
Right in the middle of everything, perfectly between downtown and the University of Oregon.
- Two restaurants on our block along with Dutch Bros Coffee. Find many more gastronomic delights within 2-3 blocks!
- 6-7 blocks to the West side of UofO at 13th street.
- 2.5 blocks to Whole Foods Market
- 5 blocks to Saturday market, Voodoo Doughnuts and the middle of downtown.
- 7 blocks to the Hult Center for the Performing Arts
Getting Around:
The area is very walkable but if you don't have a car, we encourage people to use a ride-share app like Lyft or Uber.
Other Things to Note:
Our electronic locks and key system make it simple for you to access the property at any hour. Late check-in is never a problem! We typically ensure rooms are ready for check-in by 4pm. If you need access early, you may request an early check-in, but we cannot guarantee it. Check-out time is 11am.
We can accommodate large groups and events. Please contact us for more details. Events are only allowed with prior authorization from the host and events may incur additional fees based upon the number of guests.

Terms of Service
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

>> You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
>> You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
>> You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Interaction with Guests:
As hosts, we do not live at the property, but are close should you need immediate support. We respond quickly to questions or requests made through the AirBnB messaging system. Our cleaning crew cleans all public spaces daily. For those staying more than a week, we will schedule days to clean your linens and towels.
