Looks are deceiving
When we arrived in our room after 4:30pm there were no towels in our room. We called the front desk and they mentioned they would bring them up. 2 hours later they did not bring them. Tried and tried calling front desk and no answer. Finally went down and mentioned that we requested towels more than 2 hours prior. They apologized and stated that washing machines are broken and they are behind in laundry. I also mentioned that one of the sinks did not drain. The lady at the front desk asked me if I want to leave that as a message or what would I like them to do. " I want you to fix it" I didn't realize when booking that they only clean after 3 days of stay. So after the third day they come and remove the trash, do not provide anymore towels, do not make the beds. I would rather stay at the best western. Pricing is better, better service, and they clean the room every day.

The pillow was very smelly, there were crumbs in the bed, and the towel was dirty, like the room had never been cleaned. When I asked the front desk about switching rooms, I was initially told there were no available rooms. However, after I asked for the manager's name and the employee's name, he came to my room and suddenly found an extra room to switch to.

Good breakfast options. Was surprised that the room was separate from the main building, so had to park away from the main building closer to the room entrance, and walk outside to the main building for breakfast. No elevator in the building... stairs up to the third level, minor detail

I didn't realize that there was no elevator and the staff didn't mention it at check in. We were on the third floor and had to walk up outside stairs to our room. Not a problem for me but I was traveling with 3 older ladies.
