Welcome to Courtyard Cottage - 42 Park Street

This charming cottage is the perfect spot to nestle away at the lake. You will be greeted with a cozy and comfortable downstairs living area and kitchen, and outdoor dining area in the shared courtyard. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed and access to the upstairs balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the upstairs balcony. Above the shared bathroom is a ladder with a cozy climb up loft and full sized mattress. This is the perfect mix of public and private, close to all of the amenities and yet tucked away in a cozy courtyard. Relax with your family in the best spot in Carlton Landing!

Perfect!!!
This place was the perfect size for a quick getaway with the wife. It’s location is really close to everything and the property group was awesome with making sure all our needs were taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer
The home was nice, but communication was difficult and agency seemed annoyed by questions. Pool key was missing. Much too hot of time of year for what was offered to really be enjoyable. May go back in fall, to try again in cooler weather, but not overly impressed with vacation for the enormous price paid. Especially all the fees.
