La location courte durée est à privilégier
La propreté n'est pas au rendez vous de ce logement, les équipements sont de mauvaise qualité ou dégradés. Le logement etant une cave aménagée, il y a beaucoup beaucoup d'humidité et des remontées d'odeurs. La point positif est la ville de Nancy qui est agréable, le tram est à 7 minutes ce qui amène rapidement au centre ville. Ce logement est adapté à des locations de courte durée, 2 à 3 jours, pas plus.

We're coming from Germany and were here in summer for one week with our daugther and it was the perfect size for three persons. The apartment has a good and new standart, all what you need is there. The area is very quiet, you can use the garden and you're living in the neighborhood with french people, which are very friendly. From this place we have visited the area arround and we were for one day in Paris, with TGV it takes only 90 minutes!
