My experience was really bad here. As I climbed up to go on the bunk bed, the ladder broke and hit me. Therefore, I had to use extreme measures to get up and back down. When I complained the next morning, the staff were very unhelpful, they didn't seem to care and just told me to leave, as I was leaving that day.
There is not 24/7 front desk help; however, the electronic check-in was very easy to do. The showers and bathrooms are separate and down the hall. There was a sink in the room which was nice for getting ready and brushing teeth etc. There was a tv in the room and a small counter and chair. There was no hairdryer. The beds were not the most comfortable (thin mattresses). There was no elevator inside, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. It was about 10-15 minute walk to the subway access.
Uncomfortable sleep but good vaue given situation.
Messe in Dusseldorf made hotels very expensive, so had to take this hotel because of the price. Small room: double bed takes up most of the space. Good pillows. No American TV channels. Shared bathroom and shower is a bother, but knew that when I rented it. No A/C or fan; very hot, even with taking out the blanket that they put in between the sheets, as couldn't keep window open for cooling because of traffic noise. Found a parking space even though I came late at night. Easy self-service check-in. Would be a better deal when it is not so hot.

Cheap and basic
this hotel is cheap, the rooms are seriously basic with toilets and showers out in the corridor. It is reasonably clean. But you get what you pay for and this place was the cheapest I could find. I wold use it again if required.

Useful for short stay and pets allowed Clean and handy for motorway
Greeted into the hotel by a robot, several of our groups rooms had been cancelled on the day. Nevertheless we persevered into the abyss (which is how this hotel shall be described from now on). The hotel is off clean - the walls were dirty but the cleaners who enjoyed hoovering at 7am made sure that the floor was clean outside your room, on occasion ignoring the do not disturb sign to pop in for a quick chat. However they may as well have come down from the heavens in a blinding light for that was the effect when they opened the door to then immediately apologies.
The communal showers smelled pretty bad, water didn't drain away, the shower doors could be opened from the outside with a coin.
Towels were too small to actually dry you never mind cover any part of you - very glad i brought my own.
hotel is a little out of the way from the city
room was clean and functional and guy on reception was helpful
not a lot in the way of food outlets however a small german themed takeaway selling good german food and a pizza place which was cheap and food was reasonable
well placed for moviepark and also onward journeys into germany

The hotel was fine for its purpose, which was a place to sleep for the night, just off the autobahn network.
It should be noted that staff presence is limited 17:00-22:00 pm
and something like 07:00-10:00 am.
At other times entry is via an automat and you need a Visa/MasterCard credit card.
I may have given the hotel a low rating, but it didn't cost a lot either so it is a value choice.

Good for a short stay
When driving to Braunschweig we needed to stay one night during my journey. So, it is placed somehow close to the highway and sounds good for our case. Generally, the hotel was good wrt the price.
It was clean and reasonably priced-mainly what we wanted. Some of the down sides were only one pillow per person and only one very small towel per person. I would recommend bringing your own of both if this matters to you. Otherwise hotel staff was very friendly.
Went for shower in morning 06:30 , when I returned to room the door locking mechanism didnt work. Went to reception and person on duty was dismissive and busy with breakfast. Eventually came and tried to open door with no success. After much thought decided to call a maintenance person who would take 20 minutes to arrive. I sat in reception in Pyjamis...after an hour maintenance hadnt arrived, person on duty tried again and was able to access.
I was late for important customer meeting and severley stressed as had got up early to prepare however laptop, phone etc was locked in room.
I checked out immediately and would not recommend this hotel, sorry.
