Tremendo potencial horriblemente mantenido
He estado en muchas casas rurales y ésta cumple con todos los tópicos de alojamiento mal gestionado.
El dueño vive a 600 km del alojamiento por lo que ni conoce como está la casa ni le importa
La gestión la subcontrata al vecino de turno que bastante hace con poner excusas de un alojamiento que no le genera más ingresos si la experiencia del huésped es mejor. Bastante hace con dar la cara.
Deficiencias, un montón.
Para una casa de 15 personas un lavaplatos de 45 cm de más de 20 años de antigüedad. Fatal
Encima el lavaplatos no funcionaba y la opción era lavar a mano, tras mucho pelear conseguimos que se medio apañe a costa de inundar la cocina cada vez que se ponía y poniendo programas cortos porque la placa se calienta y saltan los plomos. Increíble
El mobiliario muy mal cuidado, hasta los elementos nuevos! Una silla se rompió porque no estaba mínimamente apretada y eso que era nueva. Ahí estuvimos una hora apretando las 12 sillas
La caldera horrible. De gasoil, muy mal mantenida y con muchas dudas de que pase las revisiones, dejaba de funcionar cada 12-18h por bajada de presión.
Nos encontramos la barbacoa con las cenizas del anterior.
En fin un desastre. El dueño en la distancia tuvo el detalle de dejarnos salir más tarde el día de salida pero no compensa lo anterior.
Una lastima porque la casa es grandísima y para grupos grandes estaría genial con un mínimo de cariño

Fantástica casa y experiencia
Fenomenal tanto la casa (tal y como aparece en las fotos) como las instalaciones y la limpieza y los detalles ( toallas preparadas, manteles, mantas adicionales) como en la comunicación con Tino que cualquier duda que hemos tenido nos la ha resuelto y siempre responde casi al instante.Nos ayudó con indicaciones tanto para llegar como para encontrar supermercados por la zona. Las camas súper confortables. Repetiremos nuestra estancia seguro.

Todo muy bien , pero la calefacción nos fallo durante la noche y nos saltaban los plomos al poner los de luz y como era ya bastante tarde , no quisimos molestar al dueño y le pusimos solo un mensaje . Por la mañana nos llamo enseguida , para decirnos cómo podríamos haberlo solucionado y que le hubiéramos llamado a la hora que fuera.

Una casa perfecta
Muy contentos tanto con la casa como con el propietario.
La casa es increíble en todos los aspectos. Amplitud, limpieza, accesorios, comodidades, servicios, se aparca bien, tiene el pueblo con todas las opciones si falta algo.
Tino nos ha proporcionado todas las facilidades desde el principio y respondido muy rápido los mensajes. Era la primera vez que salíamos toda la familia juntos y me siento muy agradecida a Tino por ser flexible y hacernos la estancia tan fácil. Repetiremos seguro.
