Front desk clerk was not very friendly. He was the one who came to fix the toilet issue and said it was fixed but we asked him to test it and it wasn't fixed. He gave us another room but again not very friendly.

We were disappointed with temperature of the pool. After doing some shopping we would have liked to enjoy the pool however it was cold and we were only in the pool for five minutes. Kids were sad about the temperature.
