The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine and the bathtub shined like it was new. Plenty of towels too. I only wish there were some bars of soap by the sink and bathtub and some little shampoo bottles too. Coffee was good but we didn’t indulge in the breakfast that offered. My wife wanted some type of pastry but none was available. Otherwise our stay was very good.

It felt like the room hadn’t been properly prepared for new guests. There were used soda cans left in the recycling bin, the sink was clogged, towels were not fresh and there was no hand soap provided. We would’ve asked to change rooms, but we checked in late at night and were too tired to move.

Carpet in the room was DIRTY!! The AC/Heat unit would not turn off - it was either blowing cold air at 68 or blowing heat at 69. The floor above me was either dropping stuff or jumping around at all hours of the night. Breakfast buffet was gross - gritty eggs, overcooked bacon, stale bread.

It’s ok. It a bit rundown. I stood there about 4 years ago the place was in a better condition. The room did not look too clean or in order. Bed sheets and pillow cases were wrinkled. Towels don’t feel fresh. No bar soaps or lotions. We stood there 4 days and only at breakfast once and was not good at all. Not the best place to have breakfast.

The guy who checked me in was fabulous. The whole three nights I was there. They had no hand soap a two room suite with one TV carpet was filthy. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast sucked and I stayed at hotels a few times a year and this was the worst watered down orange juice. The so-called hotel market only had water and peanut butter and jelly. I will never stay here again if I can help it.
