Welcome to Federal on Exeter! Your home away from home. Our historic home is conveniently located close to many attractions and amenities. We are just a short drive to the coast, nearby towns such as Exeter, Durham and Portsmouth as well as a quick drive to Boston and the Mountains. Our apartment sleeps 8 and is equipped with carefully curated decor, a fully stocked kitchen, a screened porch, grill, and plenty of living and dining space to relax. Pets allowed in accordance with our pet policy.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests.

Important: No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Last minute getaway- a success!
My husband and I searched on VRBO for a last minute trip after school ended to get away for just a few days, and we found this golden nugget. The property is hidden nicely on the back of a main house and while close to the shops in Epping, we weren't bothered by noise. The house is old, but has great modern amenities. I was able to cook at home and the kids enjoyed a few games of chess in between their video games. We were close enough to enjoy the beach, especially since the heat wave was in town, and boy did we appreciate the A/C! The owner and property manager checked in with us regularly and answered all my questions. I would surely stay again.

Visiting Family in Epping to celebrate Thanksgiving. My wife and I and our adult son, his partner and their miniature Australian Shephard. Great accommodations, clean, everything you need in a kitchen, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the screened in porch and outside patio. Unfortunately, we won't be saying there again as we are in the process of moving from Maryland to New Hampshire! But we absolutelu would.

Nice cozy but large apartment. Close to everything. 15 minutes from Hampton Beach. Pet friendly which was very nice. Clean and well furnished.
