From the beautifully appointed room with its own pool to the gorgeous well maintained gardens, Elounda Palm provided everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is very good and the breakfast buffet and evening meal buffet offer a wide selection. The hotel is within walking distance of Elounda that has lots of restaurants and shops. The next town along the coast towards Spinalonga leper colony is Plaka and is definitely worth a visit. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is wanting a relaxing holiday in stunning surroundings. "

"Everything was amazing: the quick and friendly check-in, the helpful staff member who escorted us to our room with the luggage, and the room with the hot tub was clean, comfortable, and perfect for large families – probably one of the best family rooms I've stayed in. I was initially concerned about the salty water in the pools, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The check-out process was also quick, and the kind front desk lady was very accommodating with my late check-out request."
