Although we give this property a high rating, the fact that there was no elevator was a turn off for us. I’m not disabled per se, but do have challenges that make climbing stairs a challenge at times.

Overall the property is fine. However, the management does not evaluate the performance of the staff or the conditions of the rooms. In my case one lamp did not work, another was missing, and there were no cleaning amenities such as soaps in the bathroom. I expect to see this in a room where the price is very high!

The check-in process takes too long asnd is too complicated. It is impossible to get a ground floor room even if you get there before most of the other guests arrive. Ther is no ice machine on the second floor. There is also no elevator. The stairs and floors creak. There is no dining option within walking distance. The property is isolated.

Best in Enterprise
This hotel is fine, not luxury but the best in the location. The breakfast is good and the staff nice. We had a problem one day with the maid service not cleaning completely but not a huge deal.

Fantastic view of mountains! Make sure to get a mountain view room!!!! Very nice hotel for visiting the Wallowa Mountains and State Park area. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Good free breakfast.
