In addition to a prime canal-front location, you are also granted access to a private deeded beach access just steps away, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a year-round heated outdoor pool (which is the best pool on the island), and ample boat docks for boats 22' and under only. You can also watch manatees from the shared laundry room while you take care of your clothes

When it's finally time to relax, you can retreat to your comfortable and beautifully appointed condo. Discover a coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Boats 22' and under only, NO pontoon boats are permitted and NO trailers.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
