My family of 8 adults & a toddler traveled from IL & AZ for a Yellowstone vacation. We had chose this home due to its location- 25 min to Yellowstone’s north entrance, 10-15min to Emigrant, 45 min to Livingston & 60 min to Bozeman. The home was beautiful, clean and surrounded by mountainous views. The house had a variety of kitchenware & pantry items such as spices, olive oil, sugar, flour, condiments. There was dish & laundry soap, paper towels & toilet paper, bath towels & even bear spray. The beds were comfortable but did need new pillows. The house was spacious enough to easily accommodate all of us. I definitely advise having a SUV when driving the surrounding roads to the house. Despite the unfortunate, record breaking flooding that occurred in Yellowstone on our 2nd day, we all still had a nice time. We made it to the park our first day, fished, hiked & saw a lot of wildlife. Our 2nd day we had drove & we’re in Bozeman when the flooding occurred & the bridge right to the house was destroyed. As a result, we had to pay for hotel that night in Bozeman. Danyalle, the PM contacted us the next morning with news & directions to newly opened alternate dirt roads we were able to take back to the house. The rest of the week we were still able to do some nearby hikes, see some elks, antelopes and bison, attractions in Bozeman, and take a dip in Chico & Yellowstone Hot Springs. The house would have been absolutely perfect if it had a hot tub lol. You’re not able to use the fireplace or a fire pit due to the winds which is disappointing but understandable. Danyalle the PM, was responsive, friendly & helpful.
