One night stop over.
The restaurant stopped serving dinner at 8:00 pm which is early considering they cater to travellers who may come in late - as we did. Rooms are large and the people are friendly. A la carte breakfast was good.
Really loved how the main restaurant row is right outside the hotel. Beautiful little town. The hotel had a system error where they did not receive our reservation even though it was showing up on their computer with all the information. We had to take a handicap room instead of our suite. To make up for it they gave us breakfast vouchers which we appreciated. Although our waiter gave us sassy attitude once he realized our breakfast was comped. He insisted he needed to charge us $5 for orange juice that he poured without our asking. This also makes no sense because he could have said I have to charge for the coffee (1 comped beverage) but he would prefer to charge the more expensive item. He gave us attitude as we explained the situation. Also the shower felt like needles stabbing you. The water pressure was terrible and the discomfort was annoying. The king bed was great. Spacious room with mini fridge (not that cold). Pool is open pretty late (10pm?) so that’s cool. Bar is really nice with great easy going live music. Overall we were happy and would stay here again, mostly for the convenient location to the Market Street with all the restaurants right outside the hotel

Decent hotel , room was located near Lobby, a little loud, buffet breakfast was fair, food lukewarm
They unfortunately did not have our reservation upon arrival but were able to retrieve from Expedia. The room was large but beat up (wall paper torn, picture frames scratched, holes in wall.) We were also in back building that made you feel very separate from main building. It was also maybe under construction with permit signs on doors. Not inviting. Location was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel had no record of our reservation. The fellow checking in at same time as me was having the same problem. Problem w communication between you and them
Our major disappointment was a speaker on our outside wall blared music during the night. Both days it started about 5:30 a.m. and 1 night it was all night. A desk attendant named Gary was able to disconnect it after calling him at 330a.m. and again at 530am. Other than that, the staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfy.
The rooms were clean the live music was nice and the staff were friendly. The pool was an added amenity that the kids really enjoyed.

Hotel staff rude
The hotel itself was comfortable. I dealt with a very nice older gentleman upon check-in but the rest of the staff have been a nightmare. I booked my stay using hotels.com and my stay ended early. I asked if I would receive a refund for my remaining night. They assured me I would. After a week I called the hotel. They said it could take up to 3 weeks. I called again after the time frame where the man who answered said I’d have to contact the third party. I told him the hotel had said this would be handled by now where he informed me “we don’t like calling the third party companies it takes too long”
Hotels.com has been amazing about helping but now we have a ticket open due to the hotel not answering their calls. I would never recommend this hotel
