I had a bad experience when we arrived at the front desk, they changed my husband's name, they gave us a room with double beds at night they tried to get into the room then they called me from the front desk that I had not checked in, the next day after a whole day of walking we arrived in the afternoon and we could not get into the room it was because supposedly we had paid for only one day when they went to check in they realized that they had given me the wrong room and that I did not have to pay extra

Booking was incorrect by 1 day and would not refund the other 2 days x 3 rooms. Called immediately within 2 minutes of booking tried to get it resolved and was told it was resolved over phone yet upon arrival was told that the 3 rooms were not available and would not refund the 3 days.

Great long weekend!
We were able to check in quickly! Room was very comfortable! Breakfast was amazing… great variety and delicious! One day after the beach, couldn’t shower warm but luke warm was tolerated. Very quiet on first floor. Great location for us, 30 minutes to Tropicana Field and then 30 minutes to Venice Beach. We will stay there again!
