Basically a Truck Stop
People were great but room was pretty filthy. Mildew stains around the tub is pretty inexcusable. Beds were clean and pretty comfortable.

What would be nice to have in the bathroom is a mat in the bathtub, the tub is a little slippery when taking a shower

First thing the guys at the desk were not paying attention to me after i was standing in front of them for a couple minutes. They were talking forein language. Get to room and refrigerator was unplugged as well as the tv. The tub took hours to drain. Told them about it. Nothing got done. Came back that night and my door was not shut. No new towels just a floor mat for floor. Beds not made . So some one was in there and door left open. Second guy i told about tub ignored me and left the property. Will never stay there again . Shoul get a refund.

When we arrived I asked for a rollaway, which was provided, but it didn't fit in our room. So I asked to switch rooms and was moved to the room across the way. Staff moved a table and set up our rollaway, which fit perfectly. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and there was a continental breakfast in the morning. In our new room the tissues were empty, but otherwise we had everything we needed. I was able to get about 20 channels on the TV, but not the standard NBC, CBS or ABC. I tried resetting the channels, but analogue was unavailable. Normally I wouldn't have minded, but I had wanted to see the opening Olympic ceremonies. I was able to find them on my phone and watch a bit. Overall, our room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The property we are staying at is nice. They have a pretty nice breakfast, though eggs and bacon/sausage would be good, but they don't have. The pancake maker is great. Our main issue here was check-in. I had booked the property with Travelocity on 7/24/24 and pre-paid. We arrived at the property on the evening of 7/25/24 to find out that they did not have a reservation for us. I have booked trips and stays with Travelocity for many years, and have never had this kind of problem. I had to get onto the Travelocity website, and eventually connect with an chat agent to try to resolve this. The agent attempted to rebook, even calling the motel directly, but to no avail. Travelocity did refund me, and I booked directly with the front desk person. Not sure where the problem was. Was it a Travelocity problem, or a problem with SureStay Hotels?
