This large sunlit efficiency apt. has two South & West windows, thermostatic Heat, a private deadbolt locked insulated entrance door, toilet, shower- massage head wall or handheld, kitchen cabinet, sink, countertop, microwave, & enough beds to sleep 5 adults, + a dresser in front of a large curtained West window.
Also a thermostatically controlled heater, & queen bed under the 8 x 16 x 4 ft high loft, with bedding for 5 adults/kids.
BRAND NEW FLOOR, KITCHEN, TOILET, & FULL MASSAGE SHOWER HEAD.
The space
This room is the first room inside the main entrance on the ground level. Past the room the stairway leads to an upstairs common area great room with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining table & chairs, and some living room furniture, but that area is shared with other guests.
The house is on a 3 and 1/2 acre wooded property, including a large gravel parking area, trampoline and fire pit.
