The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Hence the 2 stars. It would otherwise be 1 start. Serious updates need to be made. 1 elevator that was super slow. Dirty tubs and some coating at the bottom of the tub the was absolutely disgusting. Cleaning service didn't clean and we had to call front desk. She was kind of enough of clean it herself. We only stayed because we didn't have any other options unfortunately. Carpet would be great. Room felt drafty and cold. We did like the spaciousness but that's it. TV should offer streaming services. It's 2024. Please make some updates. And the TV dude was weird and hard to decipher. Not a good stay for us. We tolerated it but most likely will not stay here again.

I don’t often write reviews, but my experience was so bad that it warrants one. My room was dirty. The A/C unit in the room was a through-the-wall type. Apparently it was not sealed well to the outside as there were bugs, both dead and alive, on the floor around the unit and elsewhere about the room. The bathroom had hair throughout on my arrival. It was not well cleaned to say the least. The smell outside on my final day/night was horrible (think dead animal mixed with dirty diapers). The window unit pulled this nasty air into the room and it smelled just as the outside did. I ended up leaving a night early as it was unbearable. I complained to the front desk, but received only a half hearted obligatory “sorry” from one of the three people behind the desk. I will never come back and advise others against staying here. There certainly is no “Comfort” to be had at this hotel.

Limited, flooded, parking.
Upon arrival the parking lot was flooded (see pictures). I was towing my Jeep and had no where I could park that wasn't 6" deep in water. I know my personal case (towing) is rare, but be forewarned if you are and it's been raining, parking is going to be a challenge. I requested a refund since the accommodations wouldn't work for my situation and was told they couldn't because I "booked through a third party" (Hotels.com). I ended up eating the cost of the room and went to another hotel.

The AC leaked, it was extremely humid in the room. The floor was wet with condensation. The breakfast mediocre. Hall smelled like onions. Staff was friendly.

Overall good. The Breakfast lady (I think her name was Amy), was cheerful & friendly. Always on top of keeping all the food hot & coming.Also always wiping & cleaning. The air conditioner in our room $507 was leaking, we just put a towel there. Also the alarm clock was broken & could not reset. Sorry forgot to tell them at the front desk.
