This hasn't been an issue before with this specific hotel, but the room we received was, 'okay' for the most part. The cleanliness of the room was overall great, but we did not have an iron or luggage rack equipped in our room. The window's curtain feature was broken, and most of our concern was how the bathroom's condition was. The shower head was partially broken and the bathroom tub floor was a soft like texture, it was almost like standing on a firm water bed. Again, this is not an issue with their rooms but definitely check your rooms prior to settling in. As always, the staff is friendly and helpful along with housekeeping!

Hi...i stay for 2 days in your property ..and after a couple a day later...i found out i had charged on my card for rhe room which i paid cash. The only thing a paid whit my card was the 100 dlls fee for those 2 days and until this day y didnt received back.. If you can explain me how that work.. Thank u and have a good day

You get what you pay for. The rate was cheap but the room smelled like smoke. The blinds were broken and so was the AC. The AC barely cooled and made a really loud noise throughout the night.
