I like nothing about the property. Water in shower was scalding hot (no cold water) water was so hot you couldn’t shower. Changed rooms and the 2nd room smelled like wet animals and water in the shower was the same as previous room.

Stay/Service Experience
When I first arrived the night clerk looked like he was frustrated. Got to my room and carpet was not vacuumed and many stains. A few hours later when going in the bathroom a cockroach appeared out of no where and since then there will always have black marks in the tub. The other is that I had to request room service to clean and replace towels and trash. My wife and I were devastated on the experience we had during our stay at the hotel.

Carpets in the hotel rooms are very dirty and stained. Walls have dents and some holes. Notified front desk for a room change and the replacement room had the same problems.

I tried to checkin 1 hr early because I just had 1 concern where my room would be I did not want to be put by the freeway. As I tried to check in, the service desk advised that I would need to wait util 3 pm to check in and they should not have a problem to accommodate. It was like I asked to be put there because that’s where I ended up. I was ok at first but then when walking into the room I noticed the air unit was leaking really bad and carpet was soaked. I called with the concern about both and was told that there is nothing they could do. When I asked for the number to corporate or manager. he did tell me he was the manager and to hold so I ( irate ). Was explaining to my sister that they did not want to help. However, I did not notice that I was not actually put on hold and the service desk heard me speaking with my sister. At that point I was threatened if I did not stop cursing they would have to escort me off of the premises. I advise I was not cursing and said he heard me say , and verbally said the F word to me. I tried to explain I never said anything to him as I was speaking with my sister when I thought I was on hold. He then threatened me saying if I did not calm down I would be kicked out and said there is nothing he can do again. I did not want to be kicked out as some of us had came from out of town. I had to just keep quiet and stay at a room with a wet carpet. The person name I spoke with is Luis. I also took pictures of wet carpet

Got our money back
We had a horrible experience. The room seemed to have a leak in the a/c unit and it smelled horrible. The carpet was wet. The shower had almost no water pressure. The pool was dirty and had trash floating around. The towels for the pool were tiny. Toilet was dirty and was leaking so was wasting water. We ended up requesting a refund and leaving.
