The Staff were pleasant, the young lady at the desk allowed me to check in about 15 minutes early. The room was ok, the carpet looked dirty sad to say . I was worn out from the week and looked forward to a hot shower, well that was out of the question 😓 I got in and all I got was tepid water. The bed was comfortable. It took a while for the heater to kick in. I can't have a room too cold due to a condition that I have and didn't expect the room to be so cold. Disappointed, This hotel can do better, it has potential.

I had a two night stay and I left the room at 9 AM was gone all day. I came back around 7 PM to discover that my room had not been made up.…… And no… I did not have the do not disturb door hanger. When I went to the desk to let them know what happened they did not seem too concerned.

The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is not good. On Aug 30th I checked out and left a notebook & my Bible in my room; despite calling every day, they have not been able to confirm they have or have located my belongings.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was among the best I had on this trip. The only problem I was a bit concerned with, the side door to the hotel, to the parking lot the security locking device had been broken. As a result the door would open without a key pass, and was unlocked at all times.

Stayed two nights. Hotel could use some updating of pool area but for price it was good. Close to mall. Also walld are paperthin and you can hear everything so that was an issue also my toom smelled like feet. Breakfast was not good.
