It was a really bad experience.
The room is small and dark with no windows for fresh air.
Linens are dirty and full of lint, towels were crisp and thin.
Room didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly in some time and water in the tap is yellowish and smelly.
Staff was mainly concerned with their phones while draining the already so weak WiFi.
Never Again
Property was clean and properly maintained. HotThere is no housekeeping. However, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel Wi-Fi is available for free.

Great location, pretty close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast are filipino silogs, good and cheap. Few things we’re not happy during our stay:
1) No WiFi in the bedroom!!! WiFi is only available at the lobby.
2) TV signal is intermittent!!! We discovered that there’s a switch for the TV signal at the hotel’s front door and anyone can switch it off. So when its off, no channel is available on the TV’s.
3) Water was suddenly lost while my son was having a shower!!! I reported it but never went back so I ended up fetching water from the ground floor.
I had a nice stay here. Simple and affordable. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Friendly staff, and appeared to be family owned and operated, which I prefer. I would definitely stay here again.

this hotel is in town proper close to beach
we only stayed on this hotel for 1 night, the nxt day we went for island hopping, we supposed to check out at 12 p.m but our island hop was done at 2 p.m, they allowed us to have a shower in our hotel rooms w/o additional charge and we really appreciated it,
Decent, clean place, not far from the beach and shops. WiFi was only in the lobby but was decent. I can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it but the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend!
Ok, I am a middle aged lady who likes the AC and cable, the main reason for booking this hotel. I requested a quite room and I got a room at the reception desk next to the stair case. So there was noise most of the night with people coming and going. Another problem I needed to stand on a chair to switch the AC on and off. Also the curtains where made of heshon which l didn't realise you can see through and as there is no room to dry yourself you need to do it in the room. With a seat almost directly in front of my window so anyone sitting there could see directly into the room, even if the light or TV was on they could see in. Was not able to watch the TV as the picture was so bad so paid for something l couldn't use. Also NO soap so make sure you take some. I did complain about the noise as I hadn't had a good night sleep for 2 nights and I was offered another room which l could move to later that evening. I started to pack then to find the room had no hot water so a complete down grade. As I wanted to shower after diving l declined the offer. They did allow me an extra 1/2 hour after check out because l came back from diving at 12. Sorry l would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.
Faith Rica is in a great location, off the Main Street (but quiet, we slept well) but less than 5 mins walk to everything you need including the beach. It was very clean, the aircon worked well. No hot water but it's so hot you don't need it! There was a water cooler to fill up your bottle or get a glass when you needed. We didn't have breakfast included but we did eat it twice for 70 pesos, it wasn't amazing but nice enough for the convenience! There are plenty of other places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was fairly reliable wifi by the front desk (but soon drops off away from it).
Really good value, would recommend.
The hotel is pretty new and there's still finishing the building, but it wasn't a problem at all. Staff were nice and accommodating. It is close to everything and the rooms are spacious, with free coffee and tea all day. Beds are comfy but I wish they change the room towels. What could be improved? There are some cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the room, but it was not too bad and kinda expected since it's the Philippines.
