Best place in the Calafate, the apartments are so confortable, the staff is beyond wonderfull, the distance is some blocks from the main street, very walkable and safe.

The rooms are nice, warm, warm water and good wifi. And water boiler to make tea. The Staff is nice but not responsible. As the communication before the visit and in check in was so good and they even allowed us an early check in upon arrival at 9.30 am... and so we decided to book a tour with them to visit the Perito Moreno. Our only chance to visit the park from this location. The receptionist explained all the tours and we decided to do the 1h navigation at the glacier as we were tired and decided to do the Hiking part day after. The receptionist was nice and coordinated and booked the tour for us. We booked 1h tour 60$ / person. I asked "is the transportation included " and she answerd "they will come and pick you up" And then when we return from the tour it's all of a sudden a 300$ tour for the two of us??? She forgot to mention that we need to pay the entry tickets too. Ok no big deal we can pay for those 30$ / person. And then all of the sudden the transportation was not included. We booked a tour and received another and, we were not told that the walking tour is also Included. As at the point when apparently the walking was Supposed to take place, (what we learned after returning to the hotel we had also paid for a walking tour) our driver asked if we wanted to use The bathroom. No communication of a walking tour. So dissaponited. We paid for something that we did know we paid for and were. Or offered. We missed our only opportunity to visit the park & paid forit

Muy buen hotel. El desayuno no es abundante pero tienen lo necesario para comenzar el dia. Buena ubicacion, se llega al pueblo de El Calafate en 10 minutos caminando.limpio y muy bonito. Me volveria a hospedar si volviera.

We stayed twice in this hotel in a week. The first time for 2 nights and they gave us a smaller room than what we booked. The shower didn’t drain well and flooded the bathroom floor if not careful. The second time we only stayed one night and we got the room we had booked. It was much nicer and comfortable. I wish we would have had it for the 2 consecutive nights. The staff was helpful and friendly.
