This was a nice place and had been recently updated. Clean, good breakfast and pet friendly. It was a very tiny bathroom, though, and all the doors in the hotel close so quickly behind you and just slam shut which made for a lot of hallway noise.

The room was very clean which was nice, but there were a lot of problems. The bathroom sink was clogged so you couldn’t run water without the sink filling up. We also couldn’t take a shower because we had no hot water!! The water barely reached lukewarm temps and the fan in the bathroom sounded a jet taking off. The mattress was way too firm for my back, but I know that’s a matter of preference. Also over by the desk there appeared to be something dried on the floor that looked like blood. Also my breakfast was good, but I drink tea and the water for my tea was barely lukewarm as well. We usually love staying at La Quinta Hotels but this was very disappointing.

Friendly staff. Great location for access to food and gas options. Rooms were clean and it was very quiet. Breakfast was good and appreciated the gym and pool options as well. Would recommend to anyone as a great spot to stop for a night.
