Super comfortable hotel, convenient, well maintained and well stocked with basics. The breakfast bar was very well stocked and replenished frequently. The front desk person Shelby was very sweet and accommodating. Last minute booking, no regrets at all!

It was ok for a stop on our way. Nothing special. It had an OK pool, but no hot tub. Nothing like a couple other Best Westerns we stayed at on this north long trip. The breakfast was fine and the area was clean.

The building NEEDS maintenance. The toilet ran all night. I complained to the front desk, and no offer to change rooms. The building isn’t old, but has had no updates since built. Carpets were dirty. They had been vacuumed, but grime builds. Either clean or replace them. There were attempts to be a decent place, but lack of real maintenance was evident everywhere.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The height of the bed was really hard to get into. It was really high and getting in and out during the night was difficult. We also appreciated the freezer in the fridge as we need to freeze our ice packs to keep a medication cold during traveling. The area appears safe and parking was very easy. We stopped on our way to FL and the way back.

This is the first time in a long time that we stayed at a Best Western. We really enjoyed our visit with you. The room and bathroom were very clean. Everything worked properly. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was delicious. The assortment of hot and cold items was great. I loved the french toast, it was the first time I had this offering. We will probably stay there again on our way home. Keep up the good work.
