During ski season, guests will enjoy the free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service, which is on call and ready to whisk you from youru driveway to the ski lifts, or vice versa. Inside, the property is simultaneously spacious and private. The 3 bedrooms are spread out and separated from one another, while the main living area has vaulted ceilings and an open layout. The location is ideal as well, with privacy on the golf course, within walking distance of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift, but of course no walking is necessary, since the very convenient, very easy on call shuttle is just a phone call away. The Property:
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom duplex home with 2500 square feet. Many 4-Bedroom homes have less square footage than this property! Not only is this property large, it has been lovingly updated and maintained over time. The quality really is top notch, as is the style and architecture. The main space has 16 foot high vaulted ceilings and an open layout from the kitchen across the dining and living area to the bar. The floor to ceiling, wood burning stone fireplace and heated hardwood floors combine with comfy upscale furniture to create a cozy and welcoming place to relax. Large windows and sliding doors offer the option to let in natural light, and the lack of neighboring homes means you'll have plenty of privacy even with the shades and drapes wide open. The wet bar is an ideal spot for entertainment, and allows you to leave the kitchen to the chef. Speaking of chefs, if you like to cook, you're in for a treat! This kitchen is is much more than "fully equipped." It is designed with beauty and functionality in mind. Features include a professional wolf range and oven with a pot filler and hood vent that matches the cabinetry, solid quartz counters and backsplash. The fridge is a large sub zero, and the drawers and cabinets provide storage for all your food items as well as many "little extras," such as the crock pot, air fryer, keurig, blender, and most any utensil or cooking gadget you could want.
The bedrooms offer privacy and a bed setup that works very well for groups of 6. Whether your group is 3 couples or includes singles or kids, this home will work for you. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have King beds, while bedroom 3 has a new sectional sofa that sets up as a "super Queen". This is not your average "sleeper sofa." This is a high end sectional that becomes a platform bed with a memory foam mattress. This third bedroom also has a dedicated workstation for those who might need to work remotely. All 3 bedrooms include a large HDTV and a dedicated bathroom.
The primary master is upstairs. This large bedroom easily accommodates the King bed, large bedside tables, and dresser. There's also a swivel chair that's ideal for watching TV or reading. The master bathroom includes a walk in closet, 2 sinks, plenty of counter space, a water closet for the toilet, a large free standing tub, and walk in shower. Back downstairs, bedroom 2 also has ample space for its King bed, the bedside tables, an armoire, as well as floating clothing storage. This room also has a wall mounted HDTV, walk in closet, and bay window with a window seat. Within this bedroom you'll find another spacious bathroom which features a lovely and large granite counter with undermounted sink and a nice sized shower. Bedroom 3 has the aforementioned deluxe super Queen sleeper sofa, the office/worstation, another wall mounted HDTV, dresser and closet. Its full bathroom is across the hall but has the largest counter of all the bathrooms - plenty of space here even for a couple of ladies to share. Don't forget the extra half bathroom, which has an absolutely gorgeous floating vanity with vessel sink, wall mounted faucet, and a full wall of slate tile to accentuate the design.
While the interior of this home is exquisite and appealing, you'll love the outdoor space too. The patio has a heated path to the hot tub and there's a custom stone wall and counter for the built in Alfresco grill. The patio includes outdoor dining set for 6 plus comfy chairs with ottomans. Enjoy a cup of coffee by the firepit while taking in the panoramic views that sweep across the golf course and Eagle Valley all the way to Castle Peak. Relax in the 6 person private hot tub with the same spectacular views, and rejuvenate your body for a sound night's sleep and another day full of adventure!
Dial-A-Ride Private Shuttle Service:
Skiers and snowboarders will love how easy it is to hit the slopes. There is direct access from the home to Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, and Beaver Creek. When you go into the heated garage to put on your boots, call the Dial A Ride shuttle. Within a few minutes, sometimes before you're even ready, they'll be in front of the garage, waiting to deliver you to the Arrow Bahn Express lift. It's only a half a mile, so you have a very short ride to and from the slopes, and some choose to walk it. Being a gated community, traffic is light, the road is basically flat, and it is a great way to warm up your legs before hopping on the lift. Just walk west on Sawatch Drive, turn left on Arrowhead Circle, and you're there. Whether you choose to walk or use the Dial A Ride shuttle, this location is very convenient, private, and safe.
Location:
The property is located on Sawatch Road, within the private gated community at the base of Arrowhead. Additionally, the home is located on hole 11 of the Country Club of the Rockies, a Jack Nicklaus signature links style golf course. If you want to try snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or skate skiing, there are groomed trails right out the back door in the winter. You'll also have direct access to the Arrow Bahn Express Lift, which delivers you to the Upper Beaver Creek Mountain Express Lift. The home is at just 7400 feet in elevation. With the top of Beaver Creek at 11,440, you'll have over 4000 vertical feet and thousands of acres to explore. When you're not skiing, the location has more to love. In addition to golf, the community is home to numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as a playground for kids. Just outside of the community, you have the Eagle River, in case you'd like to try your hand at some world class fly fishing. This residential community is situated right in between the towns of Avon and Edwards, so there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Planning to head over to Vail for the day or night,, no problem, it's only 15 minutes away. Driving and parking is easy, and there are public transportation options too.
Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Once you've booked, we're here to support you. From concierge services to information on the property, we're just a phone call away. Arrival instructions will be emailed to guide you to and into the community and the property itself. The home has a 2 car garage, but half of the garage is set up as a heated storage area for your skis, snowboards, boots, or bikes. There is comfy seating, a great place to relax and remove your boots. This means you'll have space in the heated garage for one vehicle, plus two spaces immediately in front of the garage doors. Additional parking is available if needed. Ask us for details. Please note that trailers are not allowed, typically. If you will have a trailer or RV of any sort, please contact us before booking, to confirm if it might be possible to park it onsite. If not, we can provide you with information and options for offsite parking. To access the property, you'll need to go up only one step, from the garage into the home. Once inside, only the primary master is on another level, one floor up. The back patio is one step down from the primary living and dining area.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
